kin — People Database live
Project inspired by Derek Siver's post "Why you need a database". In short, a web app to keep thoughtful notes and interaction history for the people you meet, so follow-up feels personal instead of performative. I tried to build it in a way that it was all about the people, not about the app. I tried to remove as much friction as possible on all interactions and screens. I got it 80% of where I wanted it to be but paused it due to other priorities. I plan to improve it a bit more and create an MCP so my Hermes agent can write to it according to my voice instructions.

High Output Software Engineering published
My proudest personal project so far. Consolidated the most important mental models that helped me achieve success in my career as a software engineer in a ~120 pages book. If it has influenced you in any way, I'd appreciate a review on amazon or goodreads!
